After over a decade producing events, my focus, passion, and purpose shifted. The work became less about scale and more about substance.I wanted to create environments where people feel safe enough to let the masks drop and be real.CCC was born from a frustration with transactional networking, and a desire to design gatherings that feel balanced, considered, and deeply human.

My philosophy centres on integration: strategy and humanity, structure and spontaneity, commercial ambition and wellbeing held in balance.Both CCC gatherings and my Strategic Event Advisory are guided by The Connection Blueprint™, a framework I’ve developed for purpose-led experiences where connection is built in, not left to chance.
